Agility power-up
When your adrenaline
gets
to 100 and it begins to flash, swiftly
tap
Down(3x's),
Up.
Regeneration power-up
When your adrenaline gets 100 and it
begins
to flash,
swiftly
tap
Down(4x's).
Berserk power-up
When your adrenaline reaches 100 and it
begins
to flash,
swiftly
tap
Up(4x's).
Wall jump
If there happens to be a wall to your right, just jump up and to the right,
then jump off the wall to your left.
Invincibility power-up
When your adrenaline gets 100 and it
begins
to flash,
swiftly
tap
Right(2x's),
Left(2x's).
Hints & Tips
Alternate rocket launcher firing
When you are using the rocket launcher, hold
Alternate Fire.
Then once
you load two rockets, hold
Primary Fire
until all three are
totally launched. This will cause the three rockets to launch in a tighter
formation and will also cause them to fire in a circular motion instead
of going straight.
Avoiding rocket attacks
When you are locked on by another player who has three rockets,
just dodge to the left or right and keep circling the
Analog-stick
that is
used to move your character. They will not be able to hit you, but will keep
circling around. After you see the rockets go by, move towards
a wall and run the rockets into the wall.
Chrome: Unlimited adrenaline
When you are playing on Chrome (Xbox Live), get your adrenaline at
the maximum it can go and press
Right(2x's),
Left(2x's) for invincibility.
Then go to your base and stand on where the adrenaline pills will appear. If
you can collect all of them before you run out of invincibility, your
adrenaline should stay stuck between 20 and 50 and not move, and
this will
give you unlimited invincibility.
Easier flag win
When you do posses the other team's flag use your shell gun and make
your team defend your team's flag. Run for your base. If there are
people from the other team shooting at you. the shell gun should give
you enough time to reach your base if you have full life. Do this
constantly and you will be the winner of the flag champ.
If you do grab the flag, just plant a teleporter right next to the enemy's
flag. When you do score, switch to the teleporter gun and then press
Alternate Fire. Then, grab the flag
once again and plant a second one.
This is also i useful if a partner takes the flag and you want to
help him back. Just plant one, help him, then teleport back when
he happens scores or dies.
Note: Make sure not
to walk over the
transporter when leaving because this will pick it up and you will not
transport. Also, if you die the teleport discs will reset, and you will
not be able to teleport.
When you are playing on Xbox Live and your team
posses the enemy's flag and
are running to score, proceed to the enemy's base and stand on top of the
flag post. Then as soon as your team scores, you will be there on the
flag. It will then say that you posses the flag. But look at the
flag post and you will see the flag is still there. It is possible
to still
score even though the flag is there. The enemy (real players) may
not attempt to get it back because they think their flag is still in its
place.
Get shot into the air
If you just happen to be on an elevator going up, jump at the top. You will
be shot into the air. On a certain capture the flag level, you can
get to a secret area by preforming this trick.
Just play in instant action mode with any Automaton and select Capture
The Flag. Then enter into Mutators and choose Low Gravity. Then start the Eye Of
Jahan level, leave your base, then go to one of the two
pyramids. Then double jump forward into the center of the front of the
pyramid. If done properly, you will keep going up and in time to
the back of the pyramid. Once your character is falling in back of
the pyramid, he will be shot really high into the air.
Easy sidestep and flip
Just configure your controls like this:
A (back pedal),
B (sidestep right),
Y (move forward),
X (sidestep
left),
Up (give orders),
Left (switch weapons left), and
Right (switch weapons right). Tap
X(2x's), or
B(2x's) during
the game to sidestep. Tap
A(2x's), or
Y(2x's) to flip.
These techniques will make you much harder to hit and quicker.
Hidden cow
In the certain level that is full of snow (Ice Chasms or something
like it), there is a hidden cow. Inside the level is a house that
looks a garage. There is a blue tinted square on the back wall.
Then go out of the garage and turn right to the first upper level door.
Just above the door are two gray circles. They will not stand out. Take out
a rocket launcher, swiftly shoot them, then go to the garage. You
will hear a cow moo and see one frozen in an ice block. If you do
not get there soon enough, you can have a friend remain in the garage.
Hidden Snowboarders
Just look into the sky in most of the outdoor levels. And you can see a
black object in the sky. It is a snowboarder.
