Mission simulator (Japanese version)
Access all five endings with a pilot by finishing all fifty-two missions and
save the game. Go back to the title screen and load the finshed saved game file. The "New File" option will
change an "S-File" option. Choose this option for a mission simulator that allows any mission to be played
with any airplane and difficulty setting you want.
Begin the game in a new file under the easy difficulty setting. Finish the game and save.
Go back to the same file and play a game under the normal difficulty setting. Finish the game once again. After the
credits have finished and your rating disappears, you will be in the mission simulator. Save your game to access it
permanently.
Replay control
During the replay press Square, Triangle,
Circle, X, L1 or R1
to
change camera angles. Press L2 to add a filter, as if the view were through sunglasses.
Press R2 to add motion blurring.
Mission simulator option (Japanese version)
Finish the game in the normal difficulty setting. Then, choose the "S Card" at the right side of the
opening screen.
O.S.L. weapon
Finish the game under the normal or hard difficulty setting. Then, hold Start
+ Triangle
after you have selected your fighter and weapons. Keep the buttons held until the game starts. This weapon will never
miss.
Spread bomb
Access the Mission Simulator and the spread bomb also will be accessed. It can be found under the weapon 2, at
the end.
X-49 Night Raven plane and Orbital Satellite Laser
Obtain a rank of "A" for each of the thirty six mission simulator missions in the hard difficulty
setting. Note that the laser can't be used in every mission.s
U14054 Aurora plane
Obtain a rank of "A" for each of the thirty six mission simulator missions in the normal or hard
difficulty. Note that the laser can't be used in every mission.
XR-900 Geopelia plane
Obtain a rank "A" for mission thirty six in the mission simulator.
Music test
Beat the game under the easy difficulty setting.
Extra mission
Obtain rank "B" or better in each of the thirty five regular missions to access an extra mission.
Japanese FMV sequence
Finish the game under the hard difficulty setting and obtaining an "A" rank. Then, press L1
+ R1 + Start
when the title screen is shown again.
