Finishing bonus
Finish the game completely and create a cleared save game when asked to. Load the cleared saved data to start the game at the Save Plate in the Elza. Now new dungeons and events will be available.

Bonus features
Simply have a saved game from Xenosaga: Episode 1 to have new features available when you start a new game.
