Fight as Zetton
Simply beat Zetton in the third ultra mode to access him as a playable character.

Fight as Zoffy
Get beaten by Zetton in the third ultra mode. Then after an intermission sequence is shown, you will be able to play as Zoffy. Now beat Zetton as Zoffy to access him as a playable character.
