Hints & Tips
Camelot Siege: Easy gold
While facing the Fourth Lord (the greedy one), have Gwenevere
and Percival stand outside the gate. Have Arthur gather all the gold
and when his health starts to run low, run and have Percival heal
him. Repeat this to get as much gold as you like.
Infestation: Beating Shaman
If you are having difficulty beating the Shaman Boss, remember
that there is a healer back in town. If you run back there, he will
heal Arthur and Gwenevere back to health, allowing you to go back to
the Shaman and keep on fighting. This strategy should allow you to
easily send the Shaman to give Morgan Arthurs' message.
Keep items
Go on a mission and obtain items you want to keep. Then, fail
the mission and go back to the castle and retry the mission. When
you get back, all the items you received will now be with you. The
next time you open the same chest, there will be gold in the chest
and if you sell the item it will be given once again.
Note:
Restarting the PlayStation2 will have these items lost.
Copy items
When you get to a point in the game where you can pick the
Knights you are taking with you from the Round Table prior to a
mission, choose the person whose item you wish to copy and the
person you wish to have the item for. The person that has the item
equipped must then go into battle and die, allowing you to equip the
item(s) they had on another Knight. After that, finish the mission
and have the game auto-save. At the start of the next mission,
choose the same people as you did previous. You will notice the
Knight you allowed to die has the same equipment they had on at the
start of the mission, and the Knight you gave their items has the
item also. This will allow you to have items that are copied as long
as you do not remove the item from one of the Knight's inventory.
This can also be a good way to save money in the Treasury section of
the game, when some of the better equipment is a bit expensive.
Extra experience
Obtaining every bit of extra experience in the beginning of the
game can really help. Once in the first town in the second mission,
just kill the chickens. However, the pigs will not accomplish
anything.
The Threshold Of Camelot: Finishing the four Ancient Lords
Tests
Note:
Gwenevere cannot die or the mission will fail and you have to start
over.
Test 1:
This one is some what easy. Keep Gwenevere outside the area where
you fight, and tell her to guard the area she is at. Then, take
Percival and Arthur into the area and kill the first Lord to claim
your first prize.
Test 2:
Again, some what easy. Have Gwenevere attack ranged enemies and
have Percival do the same. To complete this task, take Arthur up
to the arrow slinging Lord and beat him for your second prize.
Test 3:
This test, is the hardest. For starters, the fake Gwenevere is the
one right next to you when they start attacking one another. After
a few hits he will turn to his true form, the Third Lord, and
challenge you to a duel. To make it easier, do the same as in the
first test and take Gwenevere away from this magically-inclined
Lord. The north seems the best direction, as it has stairwells and
you can put Gwenevere in to keep her out of range of the Lord's
strikes. After that, Arthur and Percival should have an easier
time attacking, and not worry about Gwenevere's dying. The
silhouettes of the Lord will die after a couple hits, giving you a
better shot at hitting the real one. However, once all but the
real ones are gone he will bring them back. Keep hacking at him
until he is beaten. If for any reason Arthur or Percival are in
danger of dying, run them up to where Gwenevere is hiding and wait
to be healed. Then, return to finish off the third Lord and claim
your last prize.
During the Test 3, an easier way to distinguish the real Lord
is to just set Percival to attack the Strongest. He will
automatically go after the real Lord, and not the silhouettes.
Test 4:
This test is easily understoody. Do not pick up the Lord's gold
and you should have no problems beating him. If you are up for a
challenge however, pick up this greedy Lord's gold and see just
how mad you make him.
