Arcade levels
Finish a level in story mode to have the same level in arcade mode available.

Ash comments
When you do press Triangle, Ash will say a funny comment. Then further in the game, he will gain the skill to say different comments. For example, when in Downtown Dearborn, he says, "What time is it? Bah, what do you care, you're dead." In the Outskirts of Dearborn he is not capable of saying this.

Pre-production art
Finish a level to have a pre-production art available for that area in the gallery in the "Extras" menu.

Hints & Tips

Gut a Deadite with the chainsaw
Simply tap X, once more swiftly, then hold and release it. Ash will pull back and the blood will start to flow. Also, hit the hand weapon slot to preform a combo. If you happen to have dynamite, you can stick it in its mouth and it will run and then be blown up.

Dearborn police station
When you reach the Dearborn police station, the yard you need to reach is surrounded by Deadites. You do not have to kill a signle one. First, locate the Spell Scroll that will allow you to posses a Deadite for a limited time,.This spell takes up three mana. Posses a Deadite, then run to the other side of the yard. You will locate the Cypher and a envelope that you have to take to the auto body shop. Note: The police Deadites will not know you as Ash, but the others will.

Beating Eldridge
Wait until Eldridge is walking headed for a barrel and gets near it. Then, shoot the barrel and it will then explode, flipping him over. Then start shooting him after he flips over. Then later in the fight, he will start charging you. When this occurs, run along the walls until he runs into one, then start shooting him again.

Beating Nathaniel Payne
Just use your shovel like a baseball bat. Then hold Square and release it when he throws a chunk of rock at you. Do not get the rock confused with the energy ball that is thrown at you.

Beating Trisha
When she happens to open her mouth, throw a piece of dynamite into it.

Finding the silver on Civil War Dearborn
To receive the silver you need to close the vortexes on Civil War Dearborn level. Make your way to the graveyard. Once your there, go to the spot that you had to insert the pentagonal key into the wall to reach Eldridge on the Colonial Dearborn level. There will be four silver pieces in the shape of bars near the other wall.

Easy Deadite decapitation
Simply use your shovel, then tap Square(2x's), and hold it on a third press, then let go. This will cause the Deadite's head to bend sideways. Then hold Square for roughly half a second and let go. This will normally send the Deadite's head flying.

Save ammunition
If you happen to stand behind a police officer and Deadites come close to you, he will shoot it and you can gather up the item that it leaves behind without the loss of any ammo. This will also work near portals.

When you cast your strength spell, wait until the Deadites are close enough. If they are in the right position, the little wave on the ground of your strength spell will stun the Deadites, and makes them a lot easier to pick for the chainsaw or other weapon. This will also help save on ammo.

Finding the crystals at the museum
First, obtain a device that beeps when you are close to a crystal. To do this, proceed to the picture of Nathaniel Payne and place the two pots you found in the basement there. The picture will open and you will go in. The first crystal is in the small Civil War section close to the guard. Blow open one of the houses. The second crystal is under one of the ice age animals. It is the one up in a cave. The third crystal is in the middle of the sun diagram. The last crystal is in the corner of the Egyptian section. This last crystal has a map behind it with a symbol by each section. Just make sure to remember the symbols because they correspond to the order that the crystals go into the wall.

Kill and not get hurt by Deadites
When you are killing Deadites, Zombies, etc. with your chainsaw, impale one with it. Notice that the other deadites will not attack when doing this. Then when your impaling is done, swiftly impale another Deadite, and redo.
