Finish all of the rescue-style missions. The Bat and Pork helicopters will now be available in every mode.

Final rescue mission and time attack mode
Finish every chase-style mission. Time attack mode will now be available. Select mission mode to access the "Final Rescue" mission.

Chase car mode
Obtain an "A" rank on each mission and an "S" rank on the "Bus Chase".

Final rescue mode
Obtain an "S" rank with the Sports Car.

Disaster mode
Obtain an "S" rank in final rescue mode.
