Hints & Tips

Go through locked door to real Soulreaver
After the intermission sequence when Raziel gets the Soulreaver and he gets controlled by it, Mobius will close the door. Beat everyone down where you had to turn to the different world, then go in the middle of the lock to pass through.

Easy combat
A good way to beat any enemy is to not use any weapon. Raziel is faster on his feet, and his attacks are quicker. It takes two minutes to beat the Fire Demon by doing this. By using the Soul Reaver for one or two strikes is not bad. But be sure to finish it off barehanded to see Raziel go by its head, take hold of the horns, and twist its neck.

To kill something quickly, the best way is to use the Reaver. After charged it is extremely powerful and can, at the correct level, kill a Black Demon with two or three strikes. With a solid weapon or the claws, hold [Autoface] and wait until the enemy uses a strong attack (when the weapon has a yellow ball, etc.). Press [Jump] while pressing [Left] or [Right]. It may be slightly tricky, but if used successfully you can do a good combo in your enemy's back.

Invincibility
When you have every Elemental Reavers, go to the castle where you started. Use the Fire Reaver on the floor. It has the sign of the Fire Reaver and is orange. Plunge the sword into it, then grab the light. Use it on the door, then keep on going until you reach a room where the Soul Reaver is at. Mobius will appear and insult Raziel. He will then take the Soul Reaver and be invincible. Note: You will suck blood instead of souls and fight all Raziel's brothers and Raziel when he was human.

Beating Faustus
Keep on blocking and sidestepping his attacks while locating open spots for attack until you get one quarter of his life down. Then, he will run off and enter a room will heaters and mist around them. When Faustus jumps on to a heater, go towards the beginning of the mist trail that leads to the heater and pull the switch to hurt him. Keep doing this until he jumps up on to a chain, then run to a corner of the room and remain there until Faustus jumps down . He will now try to jump and kick you from far away. If you sidestep his attack, he will hit the wall and will be vulnerable briefly. Keep on doing this until he is dead.

Beating demons
To beat demons faster, stand in a doorway and fire projectiles at them then feed on their souls. This will work best if they hit a wall as you fire.

Save health from Raziel's Soul Reaver gauge
If you notice your Soul Reaver gauge is becoming high and want to save your health from it, switch to the Spectral Realm. It will drop almost instantly.

Moving through swamp easier
While in the swamp, you can get stuck easily in the mucky water. if you have the Air Reaver imbued, you will glide through with no problem.
