Note: The "Drive on water" and "Pimping missions completed" codes are not in the PC version of the game.

Modify vehicle characteristics
Note: This cheat involves editing a game file so make a backup copy of the file before going on. Now use a text editor to edit the "handling.cfg" file in the "\rockstar games\gta san andreas\data" directory. You will see a list of every vehicle and a description of each multiplier factor. You can change the acceleration, top speed, mass, monetary value, transmission, gravity center, and a lot more.

Simply target your homies and press G until you have three of them. Then, press it prior to you going into your house making sure they follow you. Now go to the save point and press G before you pass it. When you have saved you will see your homies standing there.
