Cheat mode
Press [Pause] while playing, then press [Jump]. You are now able to move freely around the level your on without taking damage. Then press [Throw] to return to normal.

Type in Arlene, Arlene, Arlene as a password. Now a level selection menu will be shown at the top of the screen.
