Hints & Tips
Easy code entry Rather than typing the codes,
bring up the menu you would normally use to type in the codes.
Then, press [Tab]
and a code will appear. Then press
[Tab] continually until the desired
code is shown.
Alternate cheat mode Just press
~ to bring up
the console window, then click your player on the screen. If
done right you should see "Player Save Game" for the title of
the console. Then any stat update cheats should go to you.
Easy stealing This trick only work if you are
standing on something besides the ground. Now save the game.
Jump in the air and have the mouse pointing to the item. When
you are at the top of your jump, press
[Space] when
the crosshairs are on the item. The small screen for the item
will be shown. If the item is in a crate, do a fast save and
then jump. While you are in the air, click on the crate, then
take it. If you do not like what you picked up, do a fast
reload. The items will vary each time.
Turn into vampire Simply enter
player->addspell "Vampire Blood<clan name>" as a code to become a
vampire within just three game days.
Super bodyguard Reach Tel Aruhn and buy a
slave. It is suggested that you choose a race that you like.
Bring up the console window, click on the slave, and enable any
cheats (for example, sethealth
1000000). Now use the
additem code
to give him or her armor, potions to heal, and more. You can
have a super bodyguard that can shoot more Wraths of Vivec per
minute than your computer can. You can also buy every slave to
have a small army, but this will slow the game down a lot in
extreme combat situations.
Always succeed at Taunt, Admire, or

this trick. Go to a Spellmaker, create a spell with: Fortify
Personality 100 points for two seconds on self, Fortify Luck 100
points for two seconds on self, and Fortify Speechcraft 100
points for two seconds on self. This will cost you 45 Magicka to
cast. Once you do cast it, select the person to be taunted,

A few versions of the game do not contain the Fortify Skill

the Gold Edition release.
