Start a new game and make a player to start with $5,000. Then select "Game", "Sklansky's Poker Challenge", and "Sklansky's Double Hold'em Challenge". Then, go into the options screen and select "Preferences", and "Quarter". Then enter the options screen and select "Add Coins", and "999". Only play the hand that was dealt. Despite the outcome of that hand, enter the options screen and select "Preferences", and "$100.00". Then press C to cash out your winnings.
