Custom game
Note: This cheat involves changing a game file. Make a backup copy of the file before going on. Then use a text editor to edit the "c3_model" file in the game directory. By editing this file, the cost of objects can be changed (lower or free), improve desirability, and lower the number of people a building will employ.

Free items

Change the following section to how it looks below. Basically, take the first number in the '{ }' 0 to make everything free. If you make the number a negative value, you will receive money when you buy it. For example, if you make a hospital cost -500, you will get 500 Denari when you place one in the selected spot.

Hints & Tips

Quick soldiers
Place a barrack in a spot so it does not connected to roads, and not accessible to workers. Swiftly place additional barracks in related locations to rapidly produce soldiers.

Building recommendation
Attempt to build all your Prefectures and Engineer Posts first. Then when people arrive in your city, they will automatically work there and you will have security in place.

Get rid of natives
Place walls around the native meeting huts. The natives will freeze and you can build on their land for free.
